Context

Today’s ministry and church leaders face extraordinary circumstances: a global pandemic that has disrupted previous pathways of ministry, major shifts in the education sector, churches, and ministries struggling to evolve in the digital environment.

Unlocking Ministry Innovation is a training program that equips change agents who aim to respond to the leading of the Holy Spirit in the context of their formal and informal authority within the Body of Christ.

The program offers learners analytical frameworks and techniques for understanding the dynamics of adaptive change within ministries. It provides an in-depth look at the role leaders play in inducing organizational change by leading up, leading down, leading across, and leading beyond organizational boundaries.
